Swissvet actively participates in trade shows, hands-on courses, and educational events globally, maintaining strong partnerships with equine professionals. Position Overview Swissvet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Client Support Coordinator to join our U.S. headquarters team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends operations, customer support, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. We are looking for someone looking to build a long-term career with a progressive small business.
Salary range:

Key Responsibilities Client Support & Sales Operations Answer phones and manage customer inquiries, including sales and service calls Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Process orders, create invoices, and maintain organized invoicing system Coordinate shipment of products, demo equipment, and serviced instruments Operations & Logistics Receive, check in, and track instruments for service Pack and ship equipment to customers in a timely and accurate manner Maintain necessary documentation Ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency Administrative & Team Support Assist with general administrative and sales-related tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace Participate in keeping the office clean and well-maintained Marketing & Events Contribute ideas for social media content and marketing initiatives Assist with planning trade shows and events, with opportunities to attend Qualifications Required Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Associate's Degree may be acceptable based on experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems QuickBooks experience (highly preferred) Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Willingness to take initiative and think independently Flexibility and strong team spirit Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed Preferred Experience in the equine or veterinary industry What We're Looking For Honest, dependable, and accountable individuals Self-starters who can identify problems and propose solutions Candidates who are open-minded, adaptable, and eager to grow Someone who takes ownership of their work and learns from mistakes Why Join Swissvet?
