Exciting new full-time opportunity for a Dental Office Operations Manager to manage a family dental office in Maryville, TN.

Private practice with a DSO backing - the practice still runs like a private practice and is considered a leading provider of general and cosmetic dentistry for Lady Lake, Ocala, and the surrounding areas. The doctors have the tools and experience to provide a wide range of high-quality dental care.

Compensation:

ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing dental practice, backed by a DSO, runs like a private practice, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for immediate employment in Maryville. You will be stepping into a busy practice with 3 doctors, 5 hygienists, and 9 assistants, plus admin staff, that produces about $430k in revenue per month. Your task will be to manage and run this operation efficiently and successfully. Specific responsibilities for this role: The operations manager will be over both front and back staff Work closely with office doctors to achieve big-picture goals Create a productive schedule to ensure we hit our daily, weekly, and monthly targets Work closely with the DSO for any corporate initiatives Make the monthly staff schedule to ensure we hit our wage target Manage overhead so we maintain our 32% profit margin Help grow topline revenue by rolling out additional systems to improve the patient experience and retention We are looking for someone with a physically active lifestyle, someone who knows that it takes hard work and effort to achieve their goals.
