Consulting Operations Coordinator Location:
Nashville | Reports to: Managing Principal Role Mission To architect and sustain the operational engine that powers our consulting excellence. You will ensure that every client engagement is backed by logistics, compliance, and a high-performing team rhythm. You are the bridge between our visionary consulting work and the disciplined systems required to scale it. Key Responsibilities 1.Consulting Rhythm & Integration The Consulting Huddle:
Lead and facilitate weekly or monthly team huddles to align on deliverables, track project milestones, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Engagement Readiness:
In coordination with our Hospitality Manager, accountable for ensuring all facilities and physical environments are meticulously prepared for high-stakes consulting engagements.Material Design & Production:
Oversee the preparation and quality control of all engagement materials and technologies, ensuring they meet our brand's standards of excellence before reaching a client's hands. 2.Client Lifecycle & Success Seamless Onboarding:
Design and execute a world-class onboarding experience for new clients, transitioning them from "signed" to "started" with clarity and warmth.Proactive Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, building trust, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their partnership with us.Contracting & Scheduling:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client agreements, ensuring all contracted services are scheduled and delivered. 3.Engagement Support Game Day Participation:
Be present and engaged, along with facilitators, in select client events to support real-time updates of system and materials.Engagement Contribution:
Cultivate deep command of our methodologies to add real-time value in client engagements—amplifying facilitator effectiveness and ensuring alignment to the engagement's mission.Who You Are Service-Oriented :

Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a related role or field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Monday CRM preferred. Ability to lift up to 25lbs for room resets. This is a full-time, salaried position.
