We are opening a brand-new distillery in the heart of downtown Nashville and are looking for a Floor Manager who will be the very first face every single guest sees when they walk through our doors. About the Role As Floor Manager, you own the guest experience from the moment someone steps inside. You keep the energy high, the floor running smooth, and every guest feeling like they just walked into something special. You lead by example — always warm, always enthusiastic, always ready to share the story of Silverbelly Whiskey with anyone who will listen. Pay & Schedule $55,000 per year, paid on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month

2:00PM - 10:00

PM Days:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Monday and Tuesday off Guest Experience Serve as the first point of contact for every guest — greet with enthusiasm and make them feel at home instantly Set and maintain the tone for an exceptional, story-driven guest experience on the floor Engage guests with knowledge of the Silverbelly brand, and the world of Tennessee whiskey Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and genuine warmth Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a reason to come back Floor & Operations Management Oversee daily floor operations during the 2PM-10PM shift including opening and closing duties Manage floor staff, coordinate seating, and maintain smooth service flow during peak hours Monitor floor cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards at all times Communicate actively with bar, retail, and to ensure seamless operations Assist with private events, tastings, and special brand activations held at the distillery Track guest counts, floor feedback, and shift notes to report to the management team Complete money operations and verify drops from bartender, retail staff, etc. Brand Representation Embody the Silverbelly brand in appearance, attitude, and every guest interaction Help educate guests on Silverbelly Whiskey products, tastings, and merchandise Support on-site retail and upsell spirits, merchandise, and distillery experiences Maintain open communication with the executive team on floor performance and guest feedback Who You Are You are the life of the room — warm, magnetic, and genuinely excited to be there every single shift You have a real passion for whiskey and love sharing that enthusiasm with every guest you meet You are a natural leader who lifts up the people around you and leads by example You stay cool under pressure and keep the floor running smoothly no matter how busy it gets You are reliable, punctual, and take immense pride in the experience you create for others You have 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue management You are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events
