Position Summary Shift Fillers is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee multiple client locations and onsite management teams within an assigned territory. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce management, employee engagement, and business growth across the region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, improving processes, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across multiple client locations within the assigned region. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support onsite teams. Develop and implement operational best practices across all locations. Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present workforce trends, operational metrics, and recommendations. Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Workforce Management Partner with recruiting and onsite teams to achieve staffing goals and workforce objectives. Monitor workforce performance, attendance, retention, and engagement metrics. Support employee relations initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience. Develop workforce strategies that align with client labor demands and business goals. Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Onsite Managers and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and professional development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Financial & Business Performance Manage regional budgets and monitor financial performance. Review labor costs, overtime, turnover, and operational expenses. Drive revenue growth through account expansion and operational excellence. Ensure accurate reporting and achievement of regional business objectives. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations. Monitor workplace safety programs and support risk management initiatives. Oversee workers' compensation claims, incident investigations, and corrective action plans. Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the region. Qualifications Required 5+ years of leadership experience in staffing, workforce management, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience managing multiple locations, teams, or client accounts. Strong client relationship management and business development skills. Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and improve operational performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field. Staffing industry experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with high-volume workforce environments. Travel Requirements Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region. Up to 50% travel may be required based on business needs.
