Job Title:
Traveling Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Foreman to serve as the on-site representative for various secure construction and tenant fit-out projects. The role involves actively leading and participating in daily field operations, ensuring that all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and security requirements. Responsibilities Lead and participate in daily field operations across construction projects. Work alongside field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met. Coordinate, supervise, and execute field activities while maintaining productivity. Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans with a focus on safety, quality, and production goals. Maintain a strong, visible presence on the jobsite and lead by example through hands-on involvement. Interface directly with clients, property managers, architects, engineers, local officials, and security representatives. Monitor and control jobsite conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and secure site protocols. Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation, including logs, reports, and inspections. Assist with procurement, material coordination, and material handling. Uphold high workmanship standards and represent company values through active field leadership. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand tools and construction techniques. 5 years of experience in construction. Experience with interior commercial construction. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
