Requirements Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, preferably within resorts or entertainment venues. Strong skills in conflict management and customer service to handle diverse guest needs with positivity. Previous lifeguard experience is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities confidently. Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and guest interactions. Experience in food service or theater settings is beneficial for versatile role performance. Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and maintain detailed records in fast-paced environments.
