Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including entertainment shows, guest activities, and special functions. Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or ticket sales, maintaining proper records. Resolve conflicts or guest concerns efficiently to uphold a positive atmosphere for all visitors. Provide engaging public speaking or host duties during events or resort programs to enhance guest experience. Supervise lifeguard teams during poolside activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest services across all areas of the venue. Requirements Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, preferably within resorts or entertainment venues. Strong skills in conflict management and customer service to handle diverse guest needs with positivity. Previous lifeguard experience is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities confidently. Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and guest interactions. Experience in food service or theater settings is beneficial for versatile role performance. Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and maintain detailed records in fast-paced environments.
