Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of preschool programs, including coordinating educational activities and supervising staff. Plan program schedules and support administrative and budgeting functions. Oversee programs serving children with diverse developmental needs, including autism spectrum disorders. Monitor program implementation and student development. Communicate with parents, staff, and community partners regarding program activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in managing early childhood education programs or institutions. Experience in supervising staff, budgeting, and program administration; Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices(DAP); Experience in education programs serving children with autism spectrum disorders; Experience in communicating with parents, staff, and community partners.
