You will be the Business Operations Sr Manager for the Finance & Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving financial and operational results for a major program or portfolio of programs, managing internal financial metrics and external performance reporting. What You Will Be Doing As the Business Operations Sr Manager you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence across the assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute financial plans that align with program objectives and drive cost‑effective outcomes. Monitor internal financial metrics and produce external performance reports for senior leadership. Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify operational improvements and implement best‑practice processes. Provide insight and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and earned‑value measurement. Lead performance reviews and communicate results to senior management. Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of progressive finance experience in aerospace/defense or complex program environments. 5+ years of people‑management experience overseeing finance professionals. Proven track record of financial stewardship for large defense program (>$500M) Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) Management of multiple contracts/portfolios at the same time
Desired Skills:

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
