Job Description
Lead a Business. Build a Team. Make an Impact. We're looking for a business-minded, results-driven leader to own the overall performance of one of our early childhood education schools. While this is an education environment, you do not need to come from early childhood education to be successful. If you know how to run an operation, lead and develop people, drive growth, create exceptional customer experiences, and build a high-performing culture, we want to hear from you. As School Director, you are the general manager and community leader of your school — with ownership of your people, operations, P&L, enrollment growth, customer experience, quality, and overall business results. What You'll Own Business Performance & Growth Own P&L, revenue, enrollment, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators. Use business and operational data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvement. Lead enrollment, occupancy, retention, and local growth strategies. Partner with Marketing and community organizations to increase awareness and demand. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability. Build an engaged culture and develop future leaders. Lead teams effectively through change. Customer & Community Experience Create an exceptional experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships with families. Serve as a visible leader and build strong relationships throughout the local community. Use customer feedback to continuously improve the experience. Operational Excellence Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant school operations. Maintain accountability for quality, facilities, safety, risk mitigation, and operational readiness. Partner with education leaders to ensure strong program execution. Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and results.
