The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage all janitorial operations across multiple sites. Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Train and supervise janitorial staff to maintain service quality. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with clients to address their specific cleaning needs. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Analyze operational performance and implement improvements as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Perform cleaning duties on a routine basis when needed. Qualifications Recruit and staff cleaners for your areas of responsibility. Proven experience in janitorial or custodial management roles.
