Bilingual Field Supervisor - Residential Cleaning

Duties Be in the field daily (this is not an office job ) Perform home inspections and quality checks after cleanings Give direct, constructive feedback to employees — good and bad Train and onboard all new hires for long-term success Lead one-on-one performance reviews and coaching sessions Step in with cleaning teams when needed to reinforce standards Write simple performance reports and stay in communication with the office staff Serve as the direct point of contact for all cleaning techs in the field Requirements 1-2 years of professional cleaning industry experience (required) Proven leadership or supervisory experience (required) Fluent in Spanish (required); must also have basic English communication skills. Strong personality with the ability to handle pushback and enforce standards Resilient under pressure — you stay professional when employees test limits Likeable and approachable — approachable but firm leadership style Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided; company vehicle may be considered in the future) Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, starting around 8:30 am (must be flexible; hours may fluctuate slightly based on field needs) Most weeks average 42-45 hours. Pay:

$17.49 - $17.50 per hour
