We're growing fast and looking for a highly organized, resourceful self-starter to support our Creative Director across client relationships, creative operations, and content. About the Role The Creative Operations Coordinator will manage the operational and client-facing details that keep our creative process moving. You'll draft contracts and estimates, gather required documents from clients, coordinate with Show Designers to prepare renderings for client presentations, and maintain our creative assets and content across the website. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts organized, resourceful, and comfortable moving fluidly between business administration and creative coordination. What You'll Do Draft client contracts and prepare cost estimates for prospective clients Contact clients to collect required documents, approvals, and creative input Coordinate with Show Designers to obtain renderings and prepare them for client presentation Present storyboards and renderings to clients in a clear, polished manner Maintain and organize creative assets on the company website Write and publish blog posts to support marketing and SEO efforts Serve as a key communication link between the Creative Director, Show Designers, and clients Keep multiple concurrent shows and deadlines organized and on track What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Resourceful, able to find answers and solve problems independently Self-starter with a strong work ethic; comfortable owning tasks end-to-end Excellent written communication and email etiquette Strong multitasking skills across multiple clients/ shows simultaneously Comfortable writing (blog content, client communications) and presenting creative work to clients Basic contract/ estimate drafting experience a plus; willingness to learn required Experience with website content management (e.g., CMS platforms) is a plus Production, agency, event, or client services background is a plus, but not required Why FlyLight Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the drone show industry, working directly with the Creative Director on high-visibility shows for cities, sports teams, and major events.
