  • $18 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Youth recreational activities facilitation Customer communication Leadership Soccer Working with youth Youth program management Full Job Description Overview Dribble is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Soccer Operations Coordinator to oversee evening operations at our indoor soccer facility.
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for youth academy players and families and managing smooth execution of adult leagues and facility operations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys sports, customer interaction, and operating in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a passion for sports management. Schedule Typical Hours:
4:30 PM
  • 11:30 PM Part-Time | Evening Shift Weekday availability required (weekend support may be requested) Key Responsibilities
  • Academy Operations (4:30 PM
  • 7:00 PM) Welcome players and families and provide a great customer experience Support academy sessions and field logistics Manage player registrations, attendance, and check-ins Coordinate and onboard free trial players Answer parent questions and communicate program details Ensure smooth transitions between training sessions Support coaches and maintain organized operations Adult League Operations (7:00 PM•11:00 PM) Serve as the primary point of contact for all adult league activities Coordinate game schedules, check-ins, and field assignments Support referees and assist with match operations Handle team registrations, player inquiries, and league communication Track attendance and assist with league administration Resolve scheduling conflicts and game-day issues quickly and professionally Ensure games start and finish on time Monitor facility flow and maintain a positive environment for players and spectators Support league growth by engaging players and encouraging repeat participation Facility Operations (11:00 PM•11:30 PM) Perform end-of-day cleanup and facility reset Organize equipment and ensure spaces are ready for the next day Secure and lock the facility at closing Qualifications High energy and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with both youth and adult customers Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Soccer knowledge preferred but not required Experience in sports operations, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus Compensation Hourly pay based on experience.
