Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Field Service Manager to supportmissioning and startup activities for a large, multi-phase data center project in Claude, Texas. This individual will serve as the on-site lead, acting as the 'eyes on the ground' to ensure field operations stay on track, issues are addressed quickly, andmissioning efforts remain ahead of schedule. This is a high-impact role with potential for long-term involvement as the project continues to expand. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between field operations and project leadership
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of site activities, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and aligned withmissioning milestones
  • Coordinate field teams (currently 4 personnel with varying experience levels) to drive consistency, accountability, and performance
  • Stay ahead ofmissioning activities by proactively identifying risks, gaps, and scheduling conflicts
  • Support and coordinatepletion of test reports andmissioning checklists
  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment during Level 2 temporary power checks
  • Identify and help resolve quality issues related to equipment and installation
  • Participate in energization andmissioning meetings, including those conducted through CXAlloy
  • Coordinate and support Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 / ISTmissioning activities alongside the Commissioning Agent
  • Maintain clearmunication across stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and progress tracking Qualifications
  • Experience in field management,missioning, or startup-ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage teams of varying experience levels
  • Working kledge ofmissioning processes (L2-L5)
  • Ability to balance oversight with light hands-on troubleshooting when needed
