- Direct and oversee all field construction activities from sitework through commissioning and turnover Develop and maintain detailed short
- and long-term project schedules in coordination with Project Management Lead daily field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities; lead daily planning and subcontractor coordination meetings Review construction documents and proactively identify conflicts or constructability concerns Promote and enforce a strong safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance; lead safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations Manage quality control programs, inspections, and punch list completion; ensure proper closeout documentation Coordinate installation of critical MEP systems: medium/low-voltage electrical, generators and fuel systems, UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, BAS, and fire protection/detection systems Lead MEP coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and commissioning teams Manage sequencing and delivery of long-lead mission-critical equipment Support testing, startup, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and final acceptance activities Monitor critical path milestones and maintain alignment with client operational/technical requirements Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Field Support personnel; support recruiting and workforce development A bit about us:•A well-established, employee-owned general contractor with a strong track record delivering complex commercial and mission-critical projects, known for a collaborative, family-oriented culture and a commitment to safety, quality, and long-term client relationships.
