Support the store's operational backbone by managing merchandise administration, inventory integrity, vendor/logistics coordination, and financial back-office tasks to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience and protect high-value inventory.
Responsibilities:
Ensure confidentiality and white-glove handling for clients. Provide courteous and efficient checkout service to enhance the customer experience. Support sales staff by welcoming clients, offering beverages, and assisting with repair intake. Manage high call volume, provide information regarding repair services, and route calls to the appropriate sales team member when needed. Carefully inspect and document the condition of high-value items at intake to maintain quality standards. Provide accurate updates on the status and location of jobs to ensure timely service. Receive, inspect, accurately document, and tag incoming merchandise for VIP requests, special orders, and stock inventory. Maintain and reconcile inventory records (cycle counts and stock adjustments). Monitor and address inventory discrepancies while upholding loss prevention standards and operational integrity. ... Manage replenishment, returns to vendor, repairs/alterations, and transfers to the sales floor. Ensure all item conditions meet luxury standards. Log, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments. Ensure accurate coordination, documentation, and tracking of all outbound vendor and customer shipments while proactively resolving shipping exceptions. Reconcile end-of-day sales tickets, addressing any discrepancies and accurately reporting final figures. Assist accounts payable by providing proactive documentation for vendor invoices and expected credits.

PM Skills:
Experience handling high-value merchandise shipments, and repairs/work orders. 2+ years retail back-office, inventory, or operations experience; luxury retail strongly preferred.

1-4 years
