Operations Manager Safesite, Inc. | Cypress, TX Safesite is looking for a professional Operations Manager to oversee our Houston warehouse and delivery operations. This is an on-site role in a warehouse setting. The primary focus is implementing and improving our processes and procedures, leading the local team, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices Manage inventory, materials, and warehouse organization Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and delivery staff Monitor performance and identify ways to improve efficiency and customer service Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client service standards Review and approve time punches to support accurate payroll Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs unassisted Perform other duties as assigned
