Mitigation Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Operations Manager to lead and help build a growing restoration operation. We are looking for someone who has already led mitigation operations, directly managed Project Managers, and understands how to run a profitable production department. The right person will be given significant ownership of the mitigation side of the business. You'll lead the people, processes and financial performance of the department while building the systems needed to support continued growth. What You'll Own Lead and develop Mitigation Project Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians Manage production scheduling, capacity, crews and equipment Oversee job quality, documentation, cycle times and customer escalations Recruit, train, coach and hold the production team accountable Develop Project Managers into stronger operational leaders Monitor job costing, gross margins, labor efficiency, equipment utilization and overall job profitability Understand and manage departmental expenses and financial performance Develop, document and implement SOPs, workflows and processes for the mitigation department, then measure and continuously improve them Establish and manage KPIs, scorecards and accountability systems Lead production meetings and job-costing reviews Improve QA, documentation and training processes Partner with ownership on department planning and growth What We're Looking For Restoration industry experience is required. Your background should be heavily focused on water mitigation and emergency restoration operations. We're specifically looking for someone who has: Directly managed multiple restoration Project Managers Led a mitigation production department or substantial mitigation operation Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying and mold/remediation Strong understanding of job costing and gross profit Experience with departmental budgets, P&L or operational financial performance Proven experience personally writing and implementing SOPs, processes and operational standards — not simply managing within systems created by someone else Experience establishing KPIs, workflows and accountability processes Experience hiring, developing, coaching and managing teams The ability to identify operational problems and implement solutions Strong leadership, communication and accountability skills WRT and ASD certifications are strongly preferred. Texas Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC) license is strongly preferred. Candidates without an MRC may still be considered and would be expected to obtain the appropriate licensing. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 , depending on experience

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
