What This Role Is All About Likewize is looking for an energetic, people-focused Operations Supervisor to lead our Outbound Device Protection Fulfillment team at our Flower Mound distribution center. You'll be responsible for driving the daily success of our fulfillment operation, overseeing the complete outbound workflow from order fulfillment and shipping through dock execution while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way. We're seeking a leader who excels in fast-moving environments, brings a passion for developing high-performing teams, and is motivated by delivering results. Leveraging strong labor planning, project management, and operational leadership skills, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving performance, and creating an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. Your Key Areas of Focus Own the end-to-end outbound device protection fulfillment operation, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution across pick, pack, ship, and dock activities. Lead a team of Coordinators and associates to deliver exceptional performance, foster engagement, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute labor plans that optimize staffing levels, maximize productivity, and support evolving business demands. Drive operational excellence by achieving service, quality, safety, and productivity goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Monitor workflows and performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase throughput, and enhance inventory accuracy. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and support scalable growth. Partner cross-functionally to solve challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution across warehouse and fulfillment operations. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs while maintaining a focus on delivering results and driving team success. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations paired with 3+ years of leadership experience. A proven leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous growth. Strong experience in labor planning, workforce optimization, and operational execution within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems; experience with product grading is a plus. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. A data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. Strong project management skills and the ability to successfully lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Someone who is adaptable, curious, and eager to learn, with the agility to thrive in a rapidly evolving business. Extra Skills We'd Love to See A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field that supports your warehouse operations expertise. Where We Work Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
