Director of Warranty Operations

Ideal Partners Staffing is partnering with a growing industrial equipment manufacturer in the Fort Worth area to identify an experienced Director of Warranty & Field Service Operations. This leadership role will oversee warranty administration, subcontractor management, installation standards, and national field service operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for an operationally driven leader who has experience building scalable service infrastructure, improving contractor accountability, and driving consistency across field operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's end-to-end warranty program, including claim workflows, coverage administration, cost controls, and contractor accountability Build, develop, and oversee a national subcontractor and installation network Establish and enforce installation quality standards across dealers and service partners Manage warranty-related parts logistics, including stocking strategies, RMAs, inventory coordination, and parts availability Resolve escalated warranty and field service issues in a timely and professional manner Track and analyze warranty costs, claim trends, contractor performance, and operational KPIs Partner cross-functionally with operations, technical support, inventory, and leadership teams to improve service execution Develop scalable processes and infrastructure to support company growth and operational consistency Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while balancing operational efficiency and cost management QualificationsRequired 5+ years of experience managing warranty operations, field service, or aftermarket support for installed capital equipment Experience within industries such as HVAC, industrial equipment, commercial fans, lighting systems, elevators, material handling, or similar environments Proven experience building, restructuring, or improving warranty and field service programs Experience managing subcontractor or dealer installation networks with measurable accountability standards Strong understanding of warranty claim management and independent coverage decision-making Knowledge of field service parts logistics, inventory management, RMAs, and stocking strategies Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable operating within ERP and field service management systems Preferred Experience with Zendesk or similar warranty/ticketing platforms Familiarity with Acumatica, ServiceMax, or related ERP and field service software Experience working within a manufacturer/dealer installation model Experience developing or revising warranty policies and procedures Previous leadership experience managing service coordinators, technicians, or support teams Additional Information Full-time direct hire opportunity On-site position based in Fort Worth, TX Moderate travel required for subcontractor oversight and occasional site visits Competitive compensation package based on experience Opportunity to build and lead operational improvements within a growing organization

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
