Quality Control Specialist

We are a fast-growing property management company specializing in Airbnb and short-term rental homes throughout Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country. Position Overview The Quality Control Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring our properties consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and functionality. This full-time position is responsible for conducting detailed property inspections, identifying maintenance or hospitality concerns, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is fully prepared for arriving guests. The required work schedule for this position is Thursday through Sunday . Responsibilities Conduct routine and pre-check-in property inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Verify that amenities, supplies, furnishings, and equipment are present, properly arranged, and in good condition. Identify and document cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, damages, and missing inventory. Work closely with cleaning crews and maintenance staff to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure properties are fully guest-ready before scheduled check-ins. Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to the management team. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, replacements, and follow-up items. Uphold company standards for guest experience, safety, cleanliness, functionality, and presentation. Qualifications Must be available to work full-time Thursday through Sunday. Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping supervision, quality control, or property management is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools. Why Join Us?
