Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Operations Director - Commercial Flooring Dallas-Fort Worth, TX We're partnered with a rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor that's expanding its footprint in the DFW market—and they're looking to bring on a strong Operations Director to help lead that growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be overseeing field operations, managing superintendents and installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from kickoff through completion. If you've got a strong background in commercial & multifamily construction flooring operations , enjoy leading teams in the field, and know how to keep multiple projects moving without letting things fall apart—this role could be for you. What You'll Be Doing Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial and multifamily projects Managing and supporting superintendents and installation crews Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules across jobs Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the client Serving as a key point of contact between the field, internal teams, and customers What We're Looking For 5+ years in an operations or field leadership role within NEW construction flooring Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects ($500K+ preferred) Background in commercial, healthcare, education, & multifamily projects Proven ability to manage teams (superintendents/crews) and keep jobs on track Strong communication skills—both client-facing and internal Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment Ideal candidate is already based in the DFW area Why This Opportunity Company is actively scaling their DFW operations—huge room for growth Leadership role with real influence on how the market is built out Established presence in Central TX with strong backing and reputation Competitive compensation + full benefits (healthcare, 401k, flexible PTO) Process Initial Teams call with leadership Follow-up onsite interview in DFW If this sounds like your background—or even close… Please apply!
