This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys coaching staff, improving workflows, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Front Desk, Scheduling, Insurance, and Treatment Planning teams Monitor appointment flow, scheduling efficiency, and patient retention efforts Assist with treatment acceptance, financing discussions, and follow-up communication Ensure insurance information, patient records, and office documentation remain accurate Help optimize provider schedules and reduce open chair time Address patient concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer service Review office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with leadership, marketing, billing, and HR departments to support office goals Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience leading a dental front-office team or managing dental operations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate teams and maintain accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Experience with dental software systems preferred
