Job Description
Job Summary This position will be responsible for the daily operations of services for our client, including but not limited to planning and directing various size food plant sanitation services, leading and supervising your team, and delivering the highest quality of service to the client. Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct various sanitation services to meet customers' needs.
- Managing the workflow of the team by assigning task, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to upper Management.
- Contributes to the cleaning strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them.
- Schedules all needed labor, equipment, and supplies to perform services.
- Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and standards established by the company and customer.
- Ensure all employees follow proper GMPs, and OSHA standards and work in a controlled/safe environment.
- Ensure the customer remains in compliance with sanitation industry standards.
- Complete and maintain all paperwork required (i.e., daily budget, daily MSS, daily logs, SSOPs).
- Act as on-site Human Resources through reporting of proper documentation/recording of incidents to Area Manager and Corporate Office HR, resolve employee disputes, submit payroll, and evaluate employees' performances.
- Report any issues, concerns, or important occurrences with the customer to direct management in a timely manner.
- Hire and train all new employees on their specific job tasks and safe working procedures.
- Other duties as resigned. Skills & Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and work well in a team setting.
- Able to effectively lead a team.
- Follow and relay oral and written instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be Positive, display a "Can Do" attitude.
- Time management skills.
