Description A Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Responsibilities The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns: Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency Inventory accuracy and operational compliance Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards Support of floorsets and product launches Identification and resolution of operational gaps Direct reports, including Selling Associates This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business Store Leadership Expectations Leading and demonstrating company values Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling Coaching & development of associates and leaders Executing Daily Work Force Management actions Maintaining visual merchandising standards Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures Additional duties as assigned Click here for benefit details related to this position.

$28.88 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
