Job Summary The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by leading daily restaurant operations and supporting a high-performing team. This role focuses on delivering quality service, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to financial performance within the assigned outlet. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Support and lead a motivated, well-trained team focused on guest satisfaction
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Open and close shifts in accordance with established guidelines
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor efficiency
Assist in achieving financial goals, including revenue and cost control
Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Support team development through training and performance guidance
Maintain accurate records, including schedules, check controls, and operational reports
Respond to operational challenges such as staffing gaps or unexpected demand Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
Minimum of two years of food service or hospitality experience
Food Handler's Certificate and TABC Certification required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and email
Solid understanding of restaurant operations
