In this pivotal role, you'll be the central hub for field data and reporting, working closely with various completion groups to gather and verify daily reports from active sites. Your efforts will support seamless communication between field operations and corporate stakeholders, enabling real-time decision-making and operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and industry insight to make a meaningful impact on daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accumulate and verify daily field reports from completion sites, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to stakeholders. Coordinate logistics and communication between field teams and corporate departments, acting as the primary liaison to facilitate operations. Assist in vendor invoice support by verifying costs against field reports and work orders, ensuring accurate billing and expenditure tracking. Maintain organized digital records for post-job analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and operational transparency.Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in upstream operations supporting well-site activities (Frac, Wireline, or Flowback). Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data consolidation. Experience managing daily reporting cycles, including collecting and verifying data from multiple sources and distributing reports by a fixed deadline. Proven ability to reconcile field data against master schedules, identifying discrepancies and correcting them to ensure accuracy.Role Details:
