Company Overview We are a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services throughout multiple states to residential, business, K-12 Education and government customers. Job Summary:
Manage the deployment and maintenance of towers across a large geographical area . Coordinate with all departments necessary to ensure open projects are being drive to completion as efficiently as possible. Hire and train teams to perform in accordance with Nextlink quality safety and efficiency standards. Report to upper management as needed on production and efficiency responsibilities.
Essential Functions:

Coordinate with Purchasing Manager and warehouse personnel to manage the inventory needed for new tower builds and maintenance needs Coordinate with Network Operations to integrate newly equipped towers into the network Contribute ideas for process improvement Responsible for the quality of work that the team provides , and coaches as needed Contributes to a fun, upbeat culture Become a subject matter expert on all equipment types related to the job Manage large projects and see that deadlines are met Keep reports updated o n various platforms Enforce all company policies and procedures Review and analyze metrics for adherence to company KPI ' s Communicate quickly and effectively with Supervisors, RDO, and other Departments to achieve goals, provide feedback, and report issues Oversee site maintenance and outage restoration for assigned area Assist in outage restoration as needed Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
Must be able to lead and hold the team accountable Must be able to communicate consistently and clearly with other departments in the company Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and adapts easily to change Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative in style Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Professionalism and ability to work with other department managers and supervisors Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret reports and metrics Ability to use initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required 4+ years' experience in wireless internet technology 2+ years' experience in climbing towers 2+ years' managing a team

Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind In proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehicles High noise level Use of PPE Climbing and work in an elevated position that is +•500 feet with climbing equipment
Physical Demands:
Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more Must be able to pull own body weight plus equipment weight up a vertical tower repeatedly Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, sit, and climb ladders and communication towers and work in an elevated position that is +•500 feet Frequently required to use hand and power tools
Working Hours/Days :
Monday through Friday occasional weekends Full Time Min 40 hours , flexible schedule Overtime as needed
Travel Requirements:
