We're looking for a strong, hands-on Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, grow memberships, and build a high-performing team. Position Overview The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the express tunnel wash, ensuring high-quality service, strong sales performance, and a motivated team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day car wash operations Lead, train, and schedule wash attendants Drive unlimited membership sales and retention Ensure equipment functionality and site cleanliness Deliver fast, high-quality wash experiences Monitor labor, chemicals, and operational costs Resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain safety standards and company policies Qualifications Previous car wash management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Sales-driven mindset (membership growth is key) Excellent customer service skills Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Competitive (based on experience) Performance bonuses tied to membership growth and profitability Advancement opportunities within DIB Automotive Group Why Join Us?
