Job Description

Manager - Operations This role is a frontline position responsible for the workflow and production of field operations on a daily basis. Personnel in this role are expected to lead through example by implementing the Nova Core Values; Family, Accountability, Professionalism, Dignity, and Effort.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing Field Service Technicians to guarantee maximum production and proper maintenance of all operating equipment. All corrective and preventative actions to ensure a guaranteed 95% or better mechanical availability of equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to: Schedule and direct Field Service Technicians daily Assist FST's in field as needed Provide reporting on weekly PM Completion and Overtime to Director - Operations Proficient with: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills Written and verbal communication
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of engine and compressor equipment used in the area regardless of types, makes, or models. Thorough knowledge of relevant HSE procedures and regulations. Fully understands customer's production facilities and equipment.
Minimum Experience:
5 years Compression experience (preferred)
