Evenings, weekends, and holidays Weekend availability is required Key Responsibilities As a Front Desk Agent, you will play an important role in hotel operations, guest engagement, and revenue growth. Guest Experience & Relationship Building Build positive relationships with guests throughout their stay Proactively engage with guests in the lobby and public areas Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Provide personalized recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities Ensure guest requests are completed promptly by coordinating with hotel departments Revenue & Sales Support Promote hotel amenities, restaurant offerings, and guest services Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays through room upgrades and premium accommodations Assist with group arrivals and special event coordination Support hotel initiatives designed to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty enrollment Help maximize occupancy by understanding daily hotel demand and inventory needs Hotel Operations Monitor lobby appearance and guest-facing areas to ensure brand standards are maintained Coordinate with housekeeping to prioritize room readiness and guest requests Communicate maintenance concerns and follow up on completion Assist with daily operational checklists and shift transitions Support hotel emergency and safety procedures when needed Administrative Duties Review daily arrivals, departures, and VIP guests Maintain accurate guest records and documentation Prepare operational reports and communication logs Assist management with special projects and guest service initiatives Ensure all company policies and brand standards are followed QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Hotel, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience Experience with OPERA PMS or similar hotel software Previous experience in guest relations, sales, or customer engagement Ideal Candidate You will be successful in this role if you: Enjoy interacting with guests and building relationships Take initiative and look for ways to improve the guest experience Are confident communicating with a variety of people Can adapt quickly to changing priorities Work well independently and as part of a team Have a passion for hospitality and service excellence Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
