Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead the team. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality services, managing workflow, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in taking ownership to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time Take ownership of tasks and resolve any issues that arise during processing Lead and support team members during shifts, providing direction and assistance as needed Properly sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to company procedures Handle large, bulk, or specialty orders with extra care and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding workflow and any concerns Deliver excellent customer service, including clear communication, timely updates, and handling concerns professionally Support local marketing efforts such as community outreach, partnerships, and promoting services Assist in implementing and following systems and processes to improve efficiency and consistency

Qualifications:

Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or similar operations preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Leadership ability and experience supporting a team Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Good communication and customer service skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable following and implementing systems and processes Reliable, responsible, and punctual Flexible availability
