$1,000•$1,200 per week , based on experience. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead our Inbound & Southbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily traffic operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising team performance, and maintaining efficient import and export processes. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export or transportation operations. Previous experience supervising Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or traffic operations teams. Strong knowledge of inbound and southbound logistics processes. Experience coordinating import and export shipments. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the Inbound & Southbound CSR teams. Coordinate workflow and assign daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure all import and export processes are completed accurately and on time. Maintain effective communication with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments. Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues. Track team performance and ensure KPIs and customer service standards are achieved. Train, coach, and evaluate CSR team members. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
