Operations Manager La Diva Donuts Lewisville, TX Job Details Full-time From $42,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Revenue growth Customer communication Management Operations management Entrepreneurship Increasing revenue Full Job Description Operations Manager - La Diva Donuts, Coffee & K-Snow Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all afternoon and evening operations of La Diva Donuts, Coffee & K-Snow from approximately 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM , ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, effective employee supervision, and successful store closing procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily operations during afternoon and evening business hours. Direct, train, and oversee employees to ensure efficient performance and excellent customer service. Monitor sales and actively promote remaining inventory, including donuts, coffee beverages, K-Snow (Korean shaved ice), and other menu items. Oversee operation and customer engagement activities related to claw machines and other in-store attractions. Ensure product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company standards. Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally. Maintain adequate inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Balance cash receipts, reconcile sales transactions, and prepare daily reports as required. Perform and supervise all closing duties, including cleaning, securing inventory, locking the premises, and ensuring the store is properly prepared for the next business day. Assume personal responsibility for the operation of the business during assigned hours and remain on-site until all closing procedures have been completed. Qualifications Strong leadership and employee management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. Prior experience in restaurant, café, retail, or food service management preferred. Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
