OPERATIONS MANAGER
Executive Leadership Opportunity | East Texas Full P&L Accountability Lead One of the Most Respected Well Service Companies TOPCAT Well Services is seeking an accomplished professional to lead and grow a well-established oilfield services company with an outstanding reputation. Since 2002, TOPCAT has specialized in plugging and abandonment, workover operations, and well remediation, becoming a trusted contractor for the Railroad Commission of Texas. Our fleet of approximately 15 workover rigs, experienced workforce, and strong financial foundation position us for continued growth. This opportunity is for a proven operations professional to work directly with management and participate in the future of an established company. We're Looking For a
Leader Who Can:
Lead all field and administrative operations. Improve operational efficiency, safety, and profitability. Direct multiple workover and plugging operations. Build and mentor high-performing management and field teams. Strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities. Develop strategic plans for continued growth. Preferred Background Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership in drilling, workover, completions, or upstream oilfield operations. Experience managing multiple rigs and field organizations. Strong financial, budgeting, and operational management skills. Thorough understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and Texas oilfield operations. Knowledge of Railroad Commission of Texas regulations is highly desirable.
