Duties Independently oversee daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations Lead and support employees to achieve production, safety, quality, and performance expectations Troubleshoot operational issues and work toward timely solutions Manage employee relations and workforce challenges during the shift Monitor operational performance and support achievement of key KPIs Promote a strong safety-first culture throughout the operation Support 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and other operational teams Help build and maintain a high-performing, professional, and collaborative work environment Responsibilities Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance expectations Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong hands-on understanding of manufacturing and production operations Proven ability to independently manage a shift and make operational decisions Experience troubleshooting production or operational issues Strong employee management, coaching, and communication skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven operations Strong safety mindset and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment Genuine interest in learning, developing, and growing with the organization Job Type Direct Hire
