We are looking for a professional with strong leadership, project coordination, and operational management capabilities who can help drive organizational growth, execution, and accountability. The ideal candidate is a dynamic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable collaborating with leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives and improve business operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, operations coordination, project management, business operations, or a similar role. Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy professional. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to implement and adapt to new systems, software, and technology tools. Confident and professional when interacting with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams. Ability to actively participate in leadership meetings by contributing ideas, recommendations, and solutions—not simply performing administrative tasks. Proven experience tracking projects, driving accountability, meeting objectives, and improving processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives directed by executive leadership. Design, document, and implement administrative and operational processes. Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and executive-level materials. Track action items, deadlines, and corporate projects to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve organizational goals. Lead special projects assigned by executive leadership. Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions. Maintain project tracking systems, performance indicators, and reporting tools. Support leadership in executing business priorities and strategic objectives.
