Job Description
Field Specialist ensures appropriate treatment of the water and positive relationship with the customer at the field level while working directly with the Field Supervisor to supply the appropriate volumes and product to each location they are assigned to support. Provide service and customer support during the job Performing per stage duties to treat water, test results of water treatment, and record KPI's for tracking performance of water treatment. Demand Testing and reporting results to internal communication threads Collecting treated and untreated samples and running analysis per Operation SOPs Onsite inventory management and communicating usage and volumes to internal thread Work directly with Field Supervisor on Rig-Up, Rig-Down, reloads and/or additional products needed Maintain a safe driving record Maintaining and good housekeeping of company vehicle. Ability to represent Guide to the client in a positive manner Ability to climb up and down ladders and strap ISO's/Totes. Ability to work long hours Ability to work out of town for several nights (Preferred) Undergo Product Training as needed Escalate needs and questions to Operations Supervisor.
