Job Overview:
- Director of Sales Operations - North Houston, TX
- The Director of Sales Operations drives strategic analysis, execution, and organizational development to achieve financial and non-financial goals in addition to creating a lean mindset throughout the assigned DSD facility to improve safety, productivity and performance through standardization and process discipline.
- Through active leadership the Director of Sales Operations will:
- + Drive accident and injury reduction and vehicle accident reduction targets in assigned facility.
P&L Responsibility:
Responsible for the management of the facility + Ensure high performance results of your team: + Foster a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributions. + Drive a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent. + Embrace diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failures. + Establish a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations. + Minimal travel required as needed- The ideal candidate will possess:
- + A proven track record of improving safety results, successful continuous improvement initiatives and superior cost and management results.
Total Rewards:

Requirements:
- + High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) with 7 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with 5 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment + Strong understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal, State and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance + Experience presenting to executive leadership teams, local leadership teams, and front line employees + Prior people leadership experience in a distribution center or operations environment + Ability to manage an operation strategically and tactically to deliver results and long term initiatives + Experience with extracting data from business systems and analyzing to make business decisions + Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) •
