This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving company performance and revenue goals. Responsibilities Hire, train, coach, and develop Support and Field Team leaders Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and financial results Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and job progress to ensure efficiency and timeliness Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer service Provide technical support and review jobs for quality and code compliance Manage budgets and understand P&L performance Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Foster a positive culture aligned with company core values Qualifications Minimum 10 years of plumbing experience At least 5 years of management experience Valid Journeyman Plumber or RMP license required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience creating onboarding, training, and operational processes Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems and building codes Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceTitan Core Values Accountability
