Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, our company has been serving customers for more than 30 years. Description Supervises day-to-day operations and is the point person on site for customer issues and operations along with maintaining SLA's. Functions as a production specialist and other operations worker as required by the site. Responsibilities Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis. Responsible as a print production specialist and other operations required at the site. Meets quality expectations and meets deadline expectations of all required site jobs and operations. Provides training on workflow and machine operations required onsite. Maintain logs for management reports as needed. Responsible for holding direct reports accountable for maintaining site expectations & professionalism. Manage, upkeep, and provide first responder service on equipment fleet. Collect meter reads monthly. Answer customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Required Skills Must have experience in operation of production and other equipment, performing required jobs. Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience and ability to set goals, prioritize specific and realistic objectives. Must have experience and ability to provide informal training to customer and employees. Must be proficient in PC skills to include Fiery, Adobe, Microsoft Office. Must have the ability to effectively handle challenging customer situations. Must have the ability to inspire and motivate individuals by maintaining a positive work environment. Must have the ability to demonstrate effective communication with employees and clients, encouraging open and honest communication. Education & Certification High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Required to work 8-12 hours shifts as required by the account. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel. Required to move supplies up to lifting 50 lbs. from the floor to waist level and up to 10 feet. Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
