Position Summary... Lead asset protection, safety, and compliance for a Fashion facility, using data, automation, and technology to reduce shrink, protect people/product/property, and improve operational performance. What you'll do... Use data and automation to identify risk, find root causes, and track results Build dashboards, reports, and automated alerts to monitor trends and exceptions Reduce shrink: lead investigations, analyze loss trends, and drive prevention actions Maintain security controls (access control, alarms) and emergency readiness Support audits/regulatory visits; maintain environmental and OSHA compliance Improve operations: document SOPs/OBW, streamline workflows, and coach continuous improvement Partner with Ops and stakeholders; communicate clearly and influence decisions What You'll Bring Data analysis and visualization skills (dashboards) plus comfort with automation workflows/tools Asset protection and investigation experience; knowledge of security controls and shrink drivers Safety/compliance knowledge (OSHA) and audit readiness Process improvement capability with strong communication and influence skills The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. Walmart . The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00

• $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
