Full-Time, Exempt SUMMARY:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation and service of all product offerings within an assigned geographic area. This position acts as the field liaison between the company and the customer and ensures that field operational policies, processes and procedures are properly followed. The Field Supervisor has the authority to make the necessary decisions on behalf of Flooring Services to better service the Customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with Customers. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all Subcontract Labor. Perform
PREWALK/ POST-WALK / QUALITY WALK
to ensure complete and quality installation. Verifying jobs are complete according to company requirements. Overseeing all repair resolutions on designated job sites. Maintaining good communication with Expediting and Field Operations on crew structure. Professionally troubleshoot and/or resolve homebuyer issues as they arise on the jobsite, before and after installation. Participating in Model Home meetings and managing Model Home job sites. Reviewing and resolving Customer/Sub-Contractor back charges. Weekly in office responsibilities to confirm job readiness.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task; handle details
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required [3-5] years' estimation experience in the construction industry, residential preferred A valid driver's license is required
