CCR Superintendent - Water/Wastewater Coatings & Restoration 📍 Pinehurst, TX 🟢 Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades 💰 $90,000-$110,000 annually 📦 Relocation assistance considered for highly qualified candidates Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced CCR Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity supporting water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the region. This position is ideal for a hands-on field leader with strong experience overseeing elevated tank coatings, containment systems, concrete restoration, blasting, and industrial infrastructure rehabilitation projects. The Superintendent will oversee field operations, safety compliance, scheduling, subcontractors, quality control, and daily coordination of crews on active industrial and municipal job sites. Candidates must be comfortable traveling, working at heights, and leading crews in demanding field environments. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations for water/wastewater and industrial restoration projects Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and project activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate elevated tank coating, blasting, concrete restoration, and containment operations Oversee swing stage setup/dismantling and elevated access systems Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, confined space procedures, and fall protection requirements Implement and enforce jobsite safety plans, rescue procedures, and PPE requirements Coordinate surface preparation activities including abrasive blasting and coatings application Manage tarping and containment systems for blasting/coating operations Complete daily reports, inspections, project documentation, and progress tracking using tablets/computers Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and quality inspections Coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment scheduling with project management teams Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and internal leadership Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in: Water/wastewater construction Infrastructure rehabilitation Industrial coatings Elevated tank restoration Concrete restoration or CCR projects Strong experience managing elevated work and industrial jobsite safety Experience with: Swing stages Rigging Surface prep/sandblasting Industrial coatings application Tarping and containment systems Fall protection systems and rescue planning Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules Experience completing digital field reports and project documentation Comfortable traveling frequently and working overnight as required Valid driver's license required Preferred Certifications OSHA 30 Fall Protection Certification Confined Space Certification Respirator Fit Testing First Aid/CPR INDH
