We're expanding fast, and we need someone to build the operations that make that growth work. Huge opportunity to grow with the team long-term — this role comes with a path to a highly motivating incentive package, including net profit sharing as you take on more responsibility. What You'll Do Hire, train, and supervise cleaning crews across multiple sites, holding everyone to a real standard Build and run our training system on cleaning technique, safety, and customer service Own QA/QC — regular site inspections, catching issues fast, following through until fixed Coordinate schedules and task assignments to keep every site running smoothly Communicate directly with clients — understand their needs, resolve concerns before they escalate Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, keeping everything stocked and maintained Develop and improve our operating procedures as we scale to new sites and markets What We Need Real, hands-on experience managing commercial/industrial cleaning or janitorial operations Proven supervisory experience — comfortable leading teams and holding people accountable Working knowledge of sanitation standards and safety compliance in commercial settings Strong communicator, both with crews and directly with clients Ready to help build something, not just follow an existing manual
