Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Steel Operations Manager position include: 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural steel, or production operations Oversee skid operations across fabrication and welding-related production areas Coordinate production schedules, project timelines, and workflow priorities Work with outside clients as needed to support project setup, scheduling, and execution Provide leadership to foremen and production teams Ensure production goals, quality expectations, and safety standards are met Partner with internal subject matter experts and operational leaders to keep projects moving efficiently Experience managing teams, schedules, and production workflows; strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Salary:
$130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
