Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Global Special Services Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting GSS Operations, Clients, and Agents. This role reports to the Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services Global Special Services (GSS) Senior Operations Manager with a primary function of supporting all Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services operations worldwide. This is a full-time position that includes a mandatory 180-day probationary period depending on job performance and operational needs. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporate management and liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representation skills are required.- Hours are 6pm to 6am, 4 days on and 4 days off.
- The GSS Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of assigned Projects, Agents, Contractors, resources, and logistics required to carry out worldwide operations.
DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- + Acting Project Manager for short-term details + Liaise with Clients, assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships + Create and standardize Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols + Utilize technology to support ad-hoc Client requirements such as tracking/monitoring + Work directly with Client Managers and Executives for specific requirements + Assist in the planning and execution of global operations + Assist with global vendor development and management + Liaise with Clients on RFP's and SOW's + Provide project information to finance including vendor invoices, Client rates, quotations, receipts, and any other details necessary for Client invoicing + Assist with general company administration + Assist in the development and progression of Agent training standards and currency + Obtain and maintain individual professional standards, licenses, and certifications + Duty Manager responsibility on a monthly rotational basis, monitoring ongoing operational progress and providing real-time updates to Clients + Some travel may be required •
MUST HAVES
- + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Must agree to a 6-month probationary period + Must be willing to work a very flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed + Must be able to prioritize work assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion while managing multiple demands + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Excellent computer skills and experience working with the full Microsoft Office Suite + Have an aptitude for technology + Attention to detail is a must + Must be a team player and work well with others •
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS
- Starting - $85,000 annually.
