Industrial Cleaning Company hiring for an
Account Manager Job Summary:
Candidate provides organization, planning, and leadership for group of 25-45 employees in an industrial cleaning environment such as Steel Mills, Refinery and Chemical Plants.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction for all team members. Directs, implements, and maintains operational strategies and objectives. Develops operational plan to support company objectives, Monitors performance against plan and ensures that goals are met. Maintains contact with customers, and support resources to ensure that Quality and Customer Service systems are meeting objectives and continuously improving. Maintains appropriate level of staff support necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Monitors productivity of groups and individuals, recommends changes where desirable. Provides leadership and support to staff in order to assist employees with skill development. Develops team-based organization focused on goals and objectives. Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. Ensures that facilities are in full compliance with all safety regulations. Directs, promotes and reviews programs relating to safety, quality and productivity in the division and recommends changes where desirable. Performs regular workplace inspections and takes an active role in supporting all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience in Water Blasting, Ice Blasting and Vacuum Trucks a must. 5 years of managerial experience, including leadership oversight and strategic decision making.
Benefits:
Starting Salary $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 based on qualifications. Company Vehicle. Paid Vacation. Paid Health Insurance. 401K with
