Job Description

Our Taylor-Grainger, Texas location seeking a Manager. If you are an individual eager to help the company to meet operational deadlines, and excel at coaching and developing a great work team. Candidates should be self motivated, go- getter mindset, with great problem solving and communications skills, highly detail oriented and organized, and most importantly, focused in customer service and client satisfaction to assist them with their purchase decision.
Duties Include:
Collaborate with the leadership team to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and the office. Consistently coach employees to increase impact through improved communications and training. Collaborate with management to implement necessary procedures to improve work flow efficiency and productivity. Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales, production and inventory. Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied. Collaborate with key people outside of the organization to establish or improve business relations. Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise. Ability to lift and carry 40lbs. Skills and Experience needed:
1+ years supervisory experience required with background in sales or customer service preferred. Must be Bilingual English-Spanish Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with typical office systems. Highly organized, detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills. Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members. Ability to work independently and under direction. Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation. Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

From $62,000.00 per year
